The Drip Shopper API allows passing custom attributes in the payload (https://developer.drip.com/#sapi-create-or-update-order), these could be used to pass the WooCommerce coupon and payment processor used during orders. We can use this data to implement optimizations on our checkout pages and increase revenue.
Hi there, to see if an order has been synchronized I have to open the single order and see in the box wp Fusion: Enhanced Ecommerce: Yes / No. It would be helpful to insert a column in the order list with this information Thank you David
Currently when a transaction is refunded in MemberPress it does not refund that Ecommerce transaction in ActiveCampaign. Currently it still shows a transaction and that value as completed. Apparently ActiveCampaign doesn’t have a “refunded” order status but the transaction amount could be changed to $0.
Sync used coupons from WooCommerce, EDD, MemberPress, Give, LifterLMS, and Restrict Content Pro along with the rest of the Deep Data sent to AC, so coupon usage can be used as a condition in automations.
The WooCommerce Orders export tool currently only exports processing and completed orders to the CRM. Update that to export refunded orders as well, and properly show them as refunded in CRMs that support it, such as Ontraport and HubSpot. Also include an option for exporting Pending orders (with HubSpot).
