At the moment WP Fusion only syncs passwords generated by WooCommerce if user_pass is enabled for sync, which also means all real user passwords will be synced when users register or change their password. Add an option in the Contact Fields list for syncing just the Woo generated password while keeping real passwords in WordPress.
