Add ActiveCampaign Notes field to FluentBooking and FluentForm integrations Team,

Hi Team, The current native integration between FluentForm and AC offers the ability to write a Note for the Contact when the form is submitted. I think this is an useful feature that should be implemented for FluentBooking (it could also be done for the WPFusion – FluentForm integration), so that we can use it to indicate the reason for "rescheduling" or "cancellation" easily.
