Add block fields support to Woo Checkout Field Editor

Checkout Field Editor Pro (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkout-field-editor-pro/) has added support for custom fields on the block-based WooCommerce checkout. Add support for detecting the configured fields, mapping them, and syncing them at checkout.
