Add CRM contact links to all WPF log records

On some WPF log records there is a hot link to the CRM contact record which provides quick, easy access directly to the CRM record. Example for the following notice:

update webhook received but no matching user found for contact #17453 (ID is hot-linked)

I would like to see a “Contact #xxxxxxx” hot-link for all WPF log entries, not just some of the notices.
