Add GiveWP Email OptIn checkbox/add tag when clicked

Add checkbox to GiveWP checkout that adds tag if clicked.
I’d love to use it as an email optin section with Wpfusion and GiveWP. I use Mailerlite and there is no plugin that does email optin with GiveWP and Mailerlite.
