Apply Tag-based on Buddyboss Group Organizer
Add support to apply a tag when a user is defined as a BuddyBoss group organizer (and remove it if the user is not an organizer anymore).

The optimal version of that might be a link with tag feature for the organizer role within a group, because that would allow managing adding and removing a group organizer automatically (in the same the link with tag for a group member works)
