Got an enterprise client who wants to use Close, it seems to be a good CRM for inside sales teams doing outbound calls. Would be cool to add to the arsenal of CRMs supported.
Agreed.. I have 2-3 bigger projects too.. inside Sales teams .. would be great to have close connected to the wp environment

I took a quick look earlier but dug into it further just now. I see they have contacts and leads and all the normal stuff— but I don’t see any kind of segments, tags, or groups for Contacts in the API docs at https://developer.close.com/resources/contacts/
Are you able to tag/un-tag contacts? Can you search for contacts by tag?
