Date/time format: is a very necessary data type to automate the consultation appointment process.
Looking forward to this feature update.
This is complete and was released in today’s update, v3.38.16
I checked again. However, the system automatically converts the timezone to: GMT-04:00 – Eastern Time (us & Canada)
The time should sync in the timezone of WordPress, but there is some variability depending on what plugin you’re using. If you’d like us to take a look, open a support ticket and we’d be happy to check it out.
I changed the timezone in wordpress to: UTC+7. However, the system still converts the timezone to UTC+0
Currently, my license has expired for about 1 month. So can I send support?
No, sorry you’ll need to renew your license before we can look at this issue. It is working on my test site.
