Discount Rules for WooCommerce – Pro WooCommerce Discount Manager
I’d like to be able to offer discounts based on a user tag but it’s not possible right now with Discount Rules for WooCommerce, Here’s the plugin’s page: https://www.flycart.org/products/wordpress/woocommerce-discount-rules

We’re going to change this to the new WooCommerce Discount Manager by Barn2 plugins: https://barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-discount-manager/ref/498/. It’s got a better developer API and generally looks less sketchy, plus we can’t seem to find a copy of WooCommmerce Discount Rules anywhere.
Functionality will be to restrict discounts by tags, and auto-apply discounts based on tags.
