Event-Tracking Extension – fluentSMTP events
There are a host of events that are critical to CRM tracking. We currently have: LearnDash, FluentCRM Pro, FluentSMTP pro, FluentForms, and wpFusion all on the same site. FluentCRM does not yet “track or trigger” on all the events for automations that we’d like to see. FluentCRM does not yet have true sales funnels, leaving us to build improvised sales funnels using Sequences, and Automations (which is cool), but… FluentSMTP (with Mailgun in our case) doesn’t send any specific email statuses as events back to FluentCRM. So our feature request is: Would it be possible to “open up” the event-tracking add-on for WPF to: track events in FluentSMTP even when, there is no wordpress user? in other words track events in fluentSMTP that are related to a fluentCRM contact? If so, this would open the door to enriching the tracking of FluentCRM events on contact records beyond what Automations can trigger. And if so, this would enrich and enhance the ability to actually “fire a trigger” in an automation based on an event (ie: assign a tag, like Trigger-<event name> which gets removed during the automation workflow. I realize this is slightly beyond WPF, as it goes beyond glueing wordpress users to FluentCRM, but if possible, it would be huge.
