Filter Learndash Notifications with tags
We use Learndash notifications to let us know when users haven’t logged in for a while. Right now the notifications run on ALL users on the WordPress website even if they aren’t active in our program. I’d like a way to filter who gets the notifications based on the tags they have in their contact record.

Have you looked at using our stale account tracking instead: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/logins/overview/#first-login-stale-accounts ?
Because that’s already based on tags it might be easier than trying to override the default LD functionality.
Thank you for sharing that. I think it’s a better option as you suggested. The LD notifications is annoying, probably because it’s so new. I like the idea of running this with tags anyway so that I have more control over what gets sent and to whom. Thanks for the reply.
