GiveWP 3.0 Forms Support
Update the GiveWP integration (https://wpfusion.com/documentation/ecommerce/give/) to use the new form builder (https://givewp.com/documentation/core/give-forms/visual-form-builder/)
Got an idea for a new feature or integration? We’d love to hear it! You can find our roadmap here.

I see this was set to Planned as of May 2024. Any idea when it will be implemented? The new form builder is not compatible with WP Fusion now, and I was told by GiveWP that the old builder is going to be phased out soon.
It’s been tricky because the new builder is all in React and originally it didn’t have any hooks to extend it.
So my worry was that if we forced WP Fusion settings into the form builder, and then some update changed something, this would break the entire builder (since one JS error would break the whole page).
I’ve just checked again and it looks like they now have a framework in place for extending the form settings, which means we could do it more reliably. I just gave it a try with a little help from the AI and made some progress. Things are pretty slow this time of year so I will try and work on it next week and see if we can come up with something 👍
Yay! Looking forward to having this work again.
Ok this is complete in a basic way and was released in v3.44.22. You can access the WP Fusion settings by going to the Settings panel in the visual form builder and clicking the WP Fusion tab:

This was a difficult integration and it doesn’t yet support applying tags based on donation level, but we’ll keep working on it and the goal will bring it up to parity with the “classic” builder functionality ✅
