GoHighLevel API V2.0

We are sending a variety of data to GoHighLevel including utm tags and the page url the form submission occurred on. In the main view of the “lead card” in Go High Level, the source says API V 1.0. With API V2.0, we can update this source so it contains the value of a custom field, like utm_source, or the landing page, etc.

  1. Hey Chris, thanks for the request.

Just to clarify…. in your screenshot, you’re showing the Opportunities view, correct?

At the moment WP Fusion doesn’t integrate with Opportunities in GHL. We could consider adding that, but that would fall under our Enhanced Ecommerce addon plugin: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/ecommerce-tracking/ecommerce-overview/

If that’s what you’re looking for, I can update this request to indicate that you’re looking for an Enhanced Ecommerce integration, and we could make that work with the v1 API.

Switching from the v1 to the v2 API is something that will probably happen in the future…. but it’s a big project, and it will require all of our existing GHL users to set up WP Fusion again from scratch using the OAuth integration. For that reason we probably won’t attempt it until there’s a significant amount of interest (or if GHL indicates the v1 API is going to be shut down).

    Thanks!
    Jack

    1. Hey Jack I have a question, GHL just came out with a new API version I believe (or it is coming out very soon). Is this (will this) also updated on your side as well. Also with the full version of WP Fusion is someone is using WooCommerce, that info will go into the opportunities tab?

      1. Yup we’ve actually already updated the GHL integration to 2.0, and added Enhanced Ecommerce support. Just finishing up testing and it should be released within the next week 🙂

        1. Super big smile on my face. Question when I end up purchasing a license will I be able to talk to a rep or someone for a bit more help? Thank you. Looking forward to being a customer.

    1. Hey Jack , I have 2 quick questions.
      1. Is there no affiliate program for WP Fusion? I have a lot of people who are always asking me for a referral link but I am not sure if you guys have an affiliate program.
      2. Also how is it possible to become a WP Fusion expert and be listed on the page, it’s possible I would love to know the process and am very interested.
