Gravity Forms Form Entry URL as Field Option
We are using gravity forms to collect project applications and would like to add a link from our CRM profiles (in this case Intercom) to the Gravity Form application. For us, our CRM is already pulling in some custom fields to show highlights from the application (type, date, name) but it would be great to be able to also pull in a URL or entry ID so that we can click into the full application (taking us from Intercom to WordPress, of course). This way applications (or any type of form entry) can be tied to contacts right in our CRM.
During a support call a few months ago, I was told this would be a quick and useful addition!
This feature request can be cancelled. I figured out how to do this using another plugin (Gravity View).
Thanks for the update!
We’re still planning to build this, I think it’d be a good feature to have. Just hadn’t gotten a chance to get to it yet. But I’m glad to hear you’ve got it sorted for now.
Hi Jack!
Unfortunately and on further inspection, it turns out my solution did not actually work. So I would like to retract my earlier comment and am so glad to hear that this is still in the queue! We actually need it sooner rather than later (hence why I took matters into my own hands to try and find a solution last week)… can I ask when you are planning to tackle this?
Thanks for your help and support!
Claire
This is finished for v3.37.12, all Gravity Forms “meta” fields are now available for sync, including the entry url: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/lead-generation/gravity-forms/#feed-settings
