groundhogg external
hi, some time ago I talked to jack about the possibility of connecting wpfusion to an external groundhogg on another server. I propose this features again.

This is a fairly important addition, given that FluentCRM has – and Autonami will soon have – REST API integration:

This is complete and was released today in v3.38.10, you can now select Groundhogg (REST API) as the CRM during setup.
