MemberPress – Refunded transactions (Ecommerce transactions in ActiveCampaign)
Currently when a transaction is refunded in MemberPress it does not refund that Ecommerce transaction in ActiveCampaign.
Currently it still shows a transaction and that value as completed.
Apparently ActiveCampaign doesn’t have a “refunded” order status but the transaction amount could be changed to $0.

This is complete and was released today in WPF Enhanced Ecommerce v1.18.0. Refunded transactions in MemberPress will update their corresponding AC Deep Data order amount to $0.
