PeepSo integrations for Groups

We need tags for PeepSo Groups that
1. Apply a tag(s) when someone joins a group and Removes the tag(s) when someone leaves a group.
2. Apply Tag(s) when someone requests to join a group.
3. Allow PeepSo Groups to be treated as Restricted Content and allow Restricted Content Message when someone tries to join a group if they do not have the required tag(s), and allow Excerpts if possible.
4. Allow Redirect if the user requests to join a group that doesn't have specified tags. This could work by showing a restricted content message or allowing for a redirect page or pop up.
