Remove tags when registration is cancelled in Events Manager
WP Fusion will add a tag to a contact when they register for an event in Events Manager. But when that contact cancels their registration, the tag is not removed. Any automation or behavior based on the tag will continue to run. We need a way to either remove the tag or add a new tag when the contact cancels their registration, so we can stop the automation, remove access, etc. Thank you.
Hi – checking in on this – have you considered this? This is really creating a hassle for us.
We hadn’t looked at it yet since it only had one vote… but I see that it’s been sitting here a while. It looks pretty easy to implement so we’ll try and get it done over the next couple of weeks. I’ll update the status here when it’s released 🙂

Working on an update so the tags are also applied when a booking is rejected or deleted.
