Searchable Tag List in Admin Bar

In my situation I’m working with 200+ clients and are relying on tags in ActiveCampaign to control what they see. For dev/testing purposes the ‘view with tag’ feature is helpful but it would be great if it could be a searchable list due to the sheer volume of tags I”m working with. See attached screen for context.
