SliceWP integration

Add an integration with SliceWP similar to the existing AffiliateWP integration, copying the existing SliceWP optin UX where possible.

The settings page features options to enable Mailchimp, input an API key, and select audience and tags. With WP Fusion CRM integration, you can streamline your contacts while enabling double opt-in. A mailing list agreement label field includes a text box for easy input.
