Start course trigger for Learndash/Event Tracking

It would be really useful to have a trigger for Start Course as well. Currently there’s only for course progress/completion. That way, we can automate emails after enrollment.

    Woops, sorry everyone. We completed and shipped this in Event Tracking 1.4.0. Forgot to update the feature request 🤦
