This kind of functionality would best be achieved by your CRM. WP Fusion doesn’t do any targeting, reporting, or integration with Custom Audiences.
We use ActiveCampaign and it’s quite easy to apply a tag to add someone to a custom audience. You can check it out here: https://www.activecampaign.com/learn/guides/how-to-use-facebook-custom-audiences-with-activecampaign
