Tags on Form Radio Buttons

I would like to be able to ask questions in an Elementor Form and use radio buttons for the answers. This is already possible in the form but I would like to be able to apply a tag based on the radio selected. This would help me find everyone who selected a certain option/answer and segment them or push them into a campaign based on the tags applied from the radios they selected. I am using Infusionsoft.

  1. Hey Brian,

The Elementor form builder is a bit too simple to support this. You can do this in most of our other form plugin integrations (for example Gravity Forms https://wpfusion.com/documentation/lead-generation/gravity-forms/ or WPForms https://wpfusion.com/documentation/lead-generation/wpforms/) by adding conditional logic to the form feeds.

Then it’s simple to say “If Radio Option A is selected, apply tag A”

Elementor doesn’t have conditional logic like that and it would be outside our scope to develop a conditional logic builder for Elementor form actions.

An alternative is to sync the selected radio value to a text field in Infusionsoft, and then you can run a campaign with a decision diamond that applies additional tags based on the custom field value.
