Event Tickets – Apply Tags when attendee deleted
It would be awesome if WP Fusion could clear the synced contact fields assosiated with an event when the contact is deleted from the event. In that way they will not receive reminders about the event from the CRM.
Add a setting to the ticket config to apply tags in the CRM when an attendee is deleted from the event.
I know what you mean. But none of our other integrations erase custom field values based on status changes in WordPress. So it would be inconsistent, and potentially misleading. For example if someone just cancelled their registration you might still want to see their event details in the CRM, and if WPF erased it you would be surprised.
What we could consider is either applying a tag when an attendee cancels their registration, or updating another custom field, like “Registration status” to “Cancelled”, if either of those would work for you?
