The Unlimited plan allows you to create unlimited sub-accounts and offers access to HighLevel API, and all the marketing tools.

They also have a HighLevel Pro plan that costs $497 per month, but it’s not available on the pricing page possibly because they focus on upgrading users to the Pro plan after users are sold on the software’s core features. The Pro plan (also called SaaS Mode), is tailored for businesses wanting to sell the GoHighLevel platform as a service.

#How to Connect HighLevel With WordPress

To connect your HighLevel account with your WordPress website, you need a third-party tool called WP Fusion.

WP Fusion is the most popular and powerful marketing automation and CRM integration tool for WordPress websites.

It enables bidirectional synchronization of your website users with your CRM and other marketing platforms.

It also allows you to segment users based on available and custom tags.

The plugin facilitates marketing activities such as tracking user behavior, user experience personalization, and triggering automated workflow.

There is a free version of the plugin and a premium version.

The free version of the plugin supports 60+ CRMs and limited usage of tags.

The premium version offers access to bidirectional user syncs, priority support, webhooks, cart abandonment tracking, and login redirection, among other things.

Now, the premium plugin has three plans that cost $297, $427, and $647 respectively. They are referred to as Personal, Plus, and Professional plans.

Of course, the professional plan offers access to all WP Fusion features but you may not require a full suite of features. Therefore, we recommend looking at the pricing table to understand which plan is best suited for your needs.

It’s also worth mentioning, that WP Fusion has lifetime plans for a single or a pack for three websites.

In the following steps, we will show you how to connect HighLevel to your WordPress website. We are using the premium WP Fusion plugin for the demonstration purpose.

#i. Connect HighLevel With WordPress Using WP Fusion

Install and activate the WP Fusion plugin on your website, add your WP Fusion license key, and hit the Authorize With HighLevel button to generate access keys and connect your website with HighLevel.

As soon as the connection is established, the data of any visitor who registers on your website (aka new users) will be automatically synced with HighLevel from now onwards.

What about the existing user data of your website from before the WP Fusion plugin was installed?

#ii. Sync Existing Website User Data to HighLevel

To sync existing website users to HighLevel, you need to export the existing user data from your website and upload them to HighLevel.

Open your website dashboard and go to Settings → WP Fusion → Advanced → Batch Operations select the Export Users option and hit the Create Background Task button to start user data export.

You should see the number of user data being processed in real-time on top of the WP Fusion Settings page.

Like most other marketing platforms, HighLevel limits the use of API and server resources therefore you may experience a pause when exporting large amounts of user data to HighLevel. This can take the export process several hours to complete.

Sometimes exports are paused not due to API limitations but due to technical failures. In such cases, the export process has to be manually resumed by refreshing the page. This will ensure that the exports are picked up where they were left off.

#iii. Sync New HighLevel User Data to Website

We already know that when new users register on the website, the user data is automatically synced with HighLevel.

But when a new user registers on HighLevel, you need to trigger an automatic sync back from HighLevel to WordPress. This can be done using WP Fusion’s HighLevel webhook.

As you know, on HighLevel you can create automated workflows. These workflows typically involve numerous steps.

In one of those steps, you can add a webhook that tells HighLevel to send new user data to the WP Fusion plugin installed on your website. The plugin receives the data and stores it on your website.

#iv. Sync, Create & Manage Tags

When your website is first connected with HighLevel, WP Fusion imports the tags from your HighLevel account to your WordPress site.

You can use these tags to trigger events on your website.

For instance, if you have a tag in HighLevel called “enrolled_advanced_Python” for users who purchased the Advanced Python Programming course, WP Fusion can use this tag to automatically grant access to the course content.

When HighLevel tags are not properly loaded on your website, you can initiate a resync by using the Refresh Available Tags & Fields option on top of the WP Fusion Settings page.

You can of course create new tags on your website in the Assign Tag option by typing the name of the tag directly into the dropdown.

At this point, it’s worth noting that the synchronization of tags is bidirectional. This means when tags are created on your website, they are immediately sent to HighLevel using its API. That way, the same user data is available on both your website and your marketing platform.

As for managing user tags, you can view tags related to specific users by accessing their user profiles and scrolling down to the WP Fusion section. You can initiate a resync by using the Resync Tags button to fetch tags related to the same user in HighLevel.

#v. Review Contact Fields

As we know by now, user data are bidirectionally synced between your website and HighLevel. These syncs are facilitated using contact fields.

On your WP Fusion Settings page, if you go to the Contact Fields tab, you will find two columns.

On the left column, the fields listed are contact fields detected on your WordPress website, and on the right are corresponding fields from HighLevel.

This is the setup WP Fusion is using to sync data between your website and HighLevel.

It’s important to review the fields to ensure that they are properly synced.

You can modify the mismatched field by choosing the correct field from the dropdown on the right column.

Sometimes, new fields added to HighLevel may not immediately appear on the dropdown. In such cases, use the Resynchronize option from the dropdown to resync the fields.

#vi. Sync Plugins Properly With HighLevel

WP Fusion integrates HighLevel with popular plugins like AffiliateWP, If-So, WP Forms, Advanced Custom Fields, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Paid Memberships Pro, and more.

#vii. Sync eCommerce Transaction Data With HighLevel (Optional)

WP Fusion supports eCommerce plugins like WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, Event Espresso, GiveWP, Gravity Forms, LifterLMS, MemberPress, and Restrict Content Pro.

If you use any of these plugins to sell items, courses, services, or products, WP Fusion stores the transaction data in HighLevel in the Opportunities section.

Opportunities help you create different transaction stages so that you can track and manage potential sales or deals.

#Final Verdict

HighLevel is an extremely powerful all-in-one marketing platform that reduces the hassle of dealing with numerous marketing tools.

The platform offers tools to capture leads using landing pages, forms, surveys, and appointment booking systems. You can contact captured leads via voicemail, calls, SMS, emails, and FB Messenger.
