Please describe the issue you are having. Some tips:
- If you can, try and capture the issue in the WP Fusion logs, and include a screenshot (below).
- If you're comfortable sharing an admin login to your site this often helps us resolve problems faster.
- If the problem affects a specific user, let us know the username or email address of the affected user.
- Videos / screencasts: We prefer a written description of any technical issues (optionally with screenshots), because it makes it easy to refer back to your original inquiry later. Submitting a video or screencast may slow down the support process because we first need to transcribe your video into text. If you do need to send a video / screencast, please keep it shorter than one minute.
