Integrate with Infinity
I would love to be able to integrate with Infinity. https://startinfinity.com/ We use Infinity for project management, task management, customer journeys & pipelines, and support requests. We’re currently using zapier to pull in a lot of this data from our website forms to add to/update our infinity boards. Would love to not have to use zapier if at all possible.

It’s not a good fit for WP Fusion at the moment. It’s the same reason we can’t support AirTable…
WP Fusion is designed for a bidirectional sync with CRMs that have built in objects for Contacts, Lists, Tags, Events, etc. Then we do actions like “Add Contact” -> “Apply Tag”. That’s standardized across all our integrations.
I know you *could* build those objects in Infinity or Airtable, but to make it work you’d have to set it up exactly like our existing CRMs work. You’d have to create a Contact object, with an email as a unique identifier, you’d need to link it to a Tags object in a many-to-one relationship.
If the data structure didn’t match exactly, then the API calls wouldn’t work.
So… the setup would be complex, and easy to get wrong. And it probably wouldn’t work with your existing data, you’d have to use Infinity in the same way as an email marketing tool.
At the moment that’s too far outside our scope. I think Zapier is better for that kind of integration since you can sync with multiple object types in a dynamic way.
