It’s been two years since this was rejected. WPMU Dev now offers a comprehensive hosting solution and agency package which includes their plugins. Memberoni: Completion Tags for Roadmaps

In Memberoni, Fusion already includes a meta box for each course and lesson where completion tags can be specified. However, it would be beneficial to extend this feature to Roadmaps as well: having the capability to trigger specific actions in our CRM based on users’ progress through the steps and their completion would be very useful.
