Logins Addon – Allow for page or URL redirect

At the moment the Login Count Redirect Rules setting in the Logins Addon only allows for redirecting to another page via a dropdown.

Update the UI so that a URL can be entered into the Select A Page box and if set, it will be used for the redirect when the condition is met.
