ActiveCampaign Deep Data – Add coupons support
Sync used coupons from WooCommerce, EDD, MemberPress, Give, LifterLMS, and Restrict Content Pro along with the rest of the Deep Data sent to AC, so coupon usage can be used as a condition in automations.

and retrieved all the current coupons from woocommerce and add it to current AC field “user have used coupon”
This is complete and was released today in WPF Enhanced Ecommerce v1.18.0.
