Connect Cancellation Survey for Woo Subscriptions to Copper

WP Fusion’s integration with Cancellation Survey and Offers for Woo Subscriptions allows you to sync cancellation reasons with custom fields in Copper when users cancel subscriptions in WooCommerce, and apply tags when cancelation forms are submitted.

Setup is easy, just map the Cancellation Survey Reason and Cancellation Survey Comments fields with custom fields in Copper via WP Fusion’s intuitive field mapping interface.

When the form is submitted, the custom fields will automatically be updated in Copper.

You can also optionally apply tags in Copper when cancellation forms are submitted.

You can then use these tags to trigger automations with additional offers via email, or to create an internal task for a team member to review the cancellation reason.
