Cancellation Survey and Offers for Woo Subscriptions is a free plugin that allows you to show a cancellation survey and special offers in a popup when a user cancels a WooCommerce Subscriptions subscription.
WP Fusion’s integration allows you to sync cancellation reasons with custom fields in your CRM, and apply tags when cancelation forms are submitted.
#Setup
WP Fusion provides several fields that can be enabled from the Contact Fields list in the WP Fusion settings.
There are three fields:
- Cancellation Survey Reason: contains the selected cancellation reason (like, “I no longer need the product”).
- Cancellation Survey Comments: contains any additional comments entered by the user (if you’ve enabled the Ask for details in the text field option).
- Retention Offer Title: If the customer accepts a retention offer, this will sync the title of the retention offer.
To apply tags when a cancellation survey is submitted, select one or more tags in the WP Fusion meta box when editing any survey.
You can also apply tags when a user accepts a retention offer.
You can use these tags to automatically follow up with customers who have submitted a survey response, create an internal task to review the customer’s survey response, and trigger other automations in your CRM.
