Add vimeo captions compatibility for viewing time tags

The need would be to be able to have a vimeo video with subtitles activated by default, working along with media tools tags for viewing time.

Indeed, for now it is not possible to have a vimeo video with subtitles activated by default along with the media tool viewing time features.
The vimeo subtitle parameter looks like that : ?texttrack=en-US (more info here : https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027818211-Enabling-Captions-and-Subtitles-in-Embeds-by-Default )

I tested the 3 ways to do it, with no success :
– The elementor video widget where wpfusion tags can be added strips out the captions parameter.
– With the vimeo iframe code, which is able display captions by default, wpfusion tags can’t be added
– With the embed code with wpfusion parameters, default captions parameter doesn’t work.
