GoHighLevel Custom Opportunity Fields

GHL recently released the ability to create custom fields for opportunity. There is a chance they haven’t included this feature in the API yet but I wanted to put this out there early because it would be VERY helpful for my workflow.

Thank you!

      1. Sort of 🙂

We had to make a lot of changes to allow mapping fields with multiple object types at the same time, so we’re adding custom-field-to-deal mapping for GHL, Salesforce, and HubSpot at the same time.

It’s a big update but when it’s done it will look something like this: https://i.wpfusion.com/9pFLGFkx

Hoping to be finished by the end of the year.

        1. Hi Jack, is this update still being planned? We’d like to be able to create deals when clients submit project information via Gravity Forms.

          1. It is still planned. We’ve gotten hung up with creating the new UI for mapping the fields (like I shared in the prior comment).

That implementation only works for registered users, not forms. So we’re back to the drawing board to try and find something that can work across all our form integrations. I don’t really have a timeline on it at the moment… it’s turned into a really big project.

You *can* create deals when clients submit project info via Gravity Forms. See here for more info: https://wpfusion.com/documentation/lead-generation/gravity-forms/#enhanced-ecommerce

And you can use a filter to attach custom properties to the deal. We have info on that here https://wpfusion.com/documentation/ecommerce-tracking/highlevel-ecommerce/#modifying-the-api-data

I’m just not sure when we’ll have a visual interface for associating form fields with deal fields, in addition to contacts.

            1. Wow, Jack – you’re always so fast! Thanks for the update… I totally understand, and appreciate the guidance 🙂
