Sync the name of the last social group someone was enrolled in.
Buddypress/boss uses social groups. I would like to have the social group back in my CRM to use in emails.

This feature would help us target emails to actual group members instead of using geographical areas to create target groups in HubSpot
For targeting group members, it makes more sense to use a tag (or static list with HubSpot), because a user can be in multiple groups.
