sync updated gravityform entry fields to customer.io

I use WP-Fusion feed in Gravity Forms to send contacts to Customer.io and then for the sales team, they have an account to login to the website and can update Lead Status entry field using GravityView plugin. So my question is when the Sales team updates lead status, how do I sync this change to customer.io tag so i can make a segment?
