Within WP Job Manager is the option to manually ‘Add Listing Package’, essentially allowing administrators to give someone access. By doing this it does select a WooCommerce product but presumably as it’s not a ‘purchase’, the user does not get tagged.

New feature would make it so that tags configured on the Woo product are applied when the listing package is assigned to a user by an admin.
