When manually enter orders via the backend and selecting a customer who is eligible for a discount (has the right tag), it would be time-saving and logical if discounts would automatically apply, just like with a purchase on the front-end.

we need to be able to add new and existing users into a specific team that is created under WooCommerce Teams for Memberships. There is no linked tag integration to do this so we have to copy and paste the email of each user one at a time to add them to a team.

WPF already has an auto-apply for coupons if a tag exists. I would like a slight modification to that. Add a checkbox to auto-apply so that auto-apply is enabled (no tags required). Then, if tags are entered in the existing dialog, only auto-apply if those tags exist.
