EDD Order Status Tagging

Currently, there is no way to tag visitors depending on their EDD order statuses. There are few important statuses regarding orders:

Preapproved order, where you dont charge customer as soon as the order is created but could process the order later manually. (very nice feature to presell)

Failing orders, where EDD tries charging expired credit cards but fails several times. We need a tag here to handle the situation in a better way.

Like EDD recurring subscription status tagging, we need a similar ability for orders.
