In this tutorial, you will learn how to install WP Fusion and set up a direct connection to your Dynamics 365 CRM.
To get started, install and activate the WP Fusion plugin, then navigate to Settings » WP Fusion.
From the ‘Select Your CRM’ dropdown choose “Dynamics 365”, and enter the URL to your Dynamics CRM.
Once you’ve entered the URL, click Authorize with Dynamics 365 to authorize the integration.
Once you’ve approved the integration with Microsoft, the WP Fusion settings page will reload, and WP Fusion will connect to Dynamics 365 to validate your credentials and load your available marketing lists and custom fields.
Once that’s completed, click Save Changes to finish the setup. WP Fusion is now connected to Dynamics 365.
